Clients add their booking

Ship, date, cabin, what they paid. Or a photo of the confirmation. The app watches the line's rate for that exact party every day, and gives them a countdown and a packing list while they wait.

The fare drops, you call

The member gets the alert. So do you, with what they paid and today's rate side by side. You reprice before final payment, the client gets the savings or onboard credit, and you look like the one who was watching.

The first comes from your own link, and you always see it first. The second is the draft of cruisers who booked direct and asked us for an advisor. Both price the same way: transfer leads $75, future-cruise leads $25.

Your exclusive first look

Your own clients

Everyone who joins through your link or download page lands in your portal, under your name, and nobody else can see them. When one asks for an advisor, you get an exclusive 3 business day first look: unlock the lead at the standard price, or pass it to the draft and earn $5 in lead credit when another advisor takes it. Do neither and it enters the draft on its own after your first look, with your $5 pickup credit still attached. A member whose lead you have unlocked is your client, and their later requests come to you at no further charge.

House leads, drafted

Cruisers who found Cruise Fairy on their own and asked for a licensed advisor. Every house lead gets a number and goes on the draft board. You see the sailing, the party, when it was booked, days to final payment and days to sailing before you decide. Contact details and what they paid unlock when you take it.

Your referral link and download page. Every advisor gets a unique code, like cruisefairy.app/janed and cruisefairy.app/get/janed. Put it in your confirmation emails, your signature, your Facebook group. Every signup through it is tracked to you, their requests reach you first with an exclusive 3 business day look at the standard lead prices, and a lead you pass earns you $5 in credit when another advisor takes it.

A lead enters, you are first

Position 1 on the draft list sees it alone for 30 minutes. Every 30 minutes between 10am and 8pm ET it opens to the next advisor as well, and stays open to everyone before. The clock pauses overnight.

Take it, it is yours

Taking a lead means paying for it: your lead credit first, then your card. The first payment that clears wins, and nobody else is charged. The advisor who takes a lead moves to the bottom of the draft list.

Nothing goes to waste

A lead that walks the whole list lands in the open pool at the same price, first come first served. White glove means we hold the member's name, phone and email address, so you can reach them the moment you unlock.

Questions

What advisors ask.

Do I need to join a host agency or change anything?

No. You book and rebook under your own agency, exactly as you do today. Cruise Fairy never holds the reservation and never contacts the cruise line.

What does my client pay?

Nothing. The app is free for cruisers and stays that way. Advisors pay for the seat and for house leads they choose to take.

Where do the prices come from?

From rates the cruise line publishes publicly at the time of our check, for the member's party size and cabin category, and from what the member entered about their own booking. It is a signal, not a quote: we do not guarantee any price is the lowest or exact, lines can change or block access to their rates at any time, and you confirm the current rate with the line before you advise a client.

Is the 30-day window on a transfer lead guaranteed?

No. It is based on the booking date the member entered. Lead purchases are final, and a lead stays yours for life whether or not it rebooks.

What if two advisors take the same lead?

They cannot. The first payment that clears wins. If your card was still processing when someone else took it, you are refunded automatically and the lead never charges twice.

Can a client who already has an advisor be sold to me?

Never. Members who tell us they booked through an advisor are not offered as house leads, and a member tied to one advisor is never routed to another.

How do you know I am a real advisor?

You give us one registration number at checkout, CLIA, IATA, a state Seller of Travel number, or your host agency agent ID, and confirm you carry insurance. We check it against the public record before any member's contact details open to you, usually the same business day. If it does not check out, the seat is closed and refunded.

Can I cancel?

Monthly seats cancel any time. Founding seats run for the year and renew at the founding price unless you turn renewal off.
